New Package & Remix - DJ Kölsch Fan.site

Finally, here! Yes, I have managed to get my hands on the limited-edition blue vinyl release of the Numbers by Douglas Greed (Kölsch Remix) from Kompakt yesterday.

Which is a very cool blue single sided vinyl (the photos don’t do it justice). Looking forward to get this on the 1210’s once I have unpacked them after the house move.

Also, I did notice on the inter ring there is some numbering and mine is 0006. Maybe the release number would be great to find out? If you have ordered a copy what number do you have?

Similarly, in the package from Kompakt. I ordered myself a vinyl copy of repress of Speicher 75 aka Kölsch – Goldfisch & Zig for the growing back catalogue.

Finally, I am also growing my Michael Mayer back catalogue and the amazing team at Kompakt have asked Michael and Reinhard for a signed copy for me of the new re-press of Speicher 2 and here it is. Thank you! Love it makes it extra special! I highly recommend Speicher 2!

Creamfields

Well I only went and did it and took the gamble and purchased a Gold Friday day ticket to Creamfields to hopefully (everything is crossed) to hopefully see Kölsch. I will be a long day 4-5 hours round trip (about a 600+ mile car journey). However, if I make it will 100% be worth every second. I even have the playlist ready for the car journey. On a side note I am going take my CD version of the 1977 album to take with me. Why you might ask? If I am lucky enough to meet the great man, there I might be cheeky and ask if he would sign me a copy? As I can’t really take my vinyl collection with me 🙂 fingers crossed worth a shot. Come on 2021 let do this and get back out there but let’s also keep safe!
