What an exciting end to the month of August and now we moving into September.

First off is the long awaited release of Beacons – I paid my debts (Kölsch Remix)
This for sure is in one of my top 10 ever Kölsch remixes, it’s one of those tracks that bends “band” music with techno like no-one else can. That is a true skill. It is so recognisable but so different. I have posted a like to the original and the amazing remix. Have a listen to both to see what you think?

Another remix of an amazing collaboration
This time from the excellent Rebūke putting his spin on this already amazing track – This one came out a bit later then the remix from Priori but well worth the wait. I picked up both on bandcamp. I would recommend these for any collection.

Creamfields North 2023
So I was unable to visit the North offering this year, however Beatport was streaming lots of different sets LIVE from Creamfields including Kölsch from the steel yard. What a result!

However I did manage to watch the set LIVE from my mancave /studio and placed it on the projector and to the audio feed via my mixer and monitor speakers so I could take the sound to almost club level.
I took some pictures to share, I know it is not the same as being there but you know what, it was still an amazing time to dance like you don’t care!

This set was amazing to hear and had some stand out tracks and felt perfect for that day. Reports from friends that did manage to go it was a total mud feast and rain. So I don’t totally mind missing out a little….

So there we have it, what a great month. This year is going so fast but as we know it brings us closer to the new album release (fingers crossed for mid October release) – “I talk to water”. I can’t wait to play this. Super exciting to hear what is new. There is lots of track id to fill in. 🙂
