Hello all, sorry for the lack of an update into 2025, as it has been a bit hectic to say the least in real life.
However we are back on track and hoping to kick off 2025 with some great times and there is nothing better than a new music release to kick off 2025.
Kids by Kolsch & Neon Capital - Released on IPSO
In the words of Kölsch & Neon Capital “KIDS“ ignites a sense of boundless freedom and rebellion – an ode to the untamed spirit of youth and about that fleeting, magical time when everything feels possible, and the night belongs to you – Kölsch & Neon Capital.
This track is quality and added to my Tracks of 2025, another outstanding release.
Neon Capital has also created some excellent “New Wave” music that has a super 80’s feel and has great appeal to me as I am an 80’s child.
Check out the back catalogue of some great tracks by Neon Capital. A stand out track for me is “1985”
Great sax in there and makes me think of my friend and streamer buddy – ImperialJedi over on twitch.
New Instagram channel via the mobile app
Join Rune (and his ghost producers) in sharing their purrfect snippets of what is happening in the studio, chance to win guestlist entry and secret release edits. (Only via the Instagram mobile app)
Also on the channel is the post for the 6 hours set from Watergate before it closed its doors for the last time.
Take a listen, it is epic listening, as we didn’t make it to the closing set (just a bit too far to travel on 4 hours sleep), we do get this recorded experience and this does kind of make it up a little to hear some of the set.
Also posted are little tasters of a new releases and new album for 2025.
So looking at the Track ID’s – there is a some 2025 releases with the “Symphony of Love” orchestra, exciting to see “Grey” on there along with “Loreley” and “All that Matters”

We can see that “Kids” was on there and has been released as a single.
Another collaboration with CamelPhat with a track called – Waste My Time
There have been some great collaborations with CamelPhat and I can’t see this one being a disappointment.
Then there is “Nacht Und Traume” which you can hear on the
538 Dance Department by Armin van Buuren – October 12, 2024 (Incl. Hotmix by Kölsch) show

So excited to hear this new music in 2025
Finally we got a treat over christmas with a present of the 24 hour download of Kosheen – Hide U v2.0 Edit for Christmas, after the popular vote and it was amazing to add that to the collection.
Talking of Christmas presents (sorry it seems like so long ago)
I was extremely lucky as always to get amazing presents from my family and this time was no exception and I got to order some more quality releases from Kompakt records, I managed to pick up first Total Album in Vinyl which has some amazing tracks including the legend that is Rex the Dog with the track Laika.
Also all the amazing team at Kompakt signed my copy, much appreciated as always with their world class service.
Also I had to get a copy of the legend that is Michael Mayer’s new album and the album socks as well. I do love a bit of merch.
Again being the true legend Michael’s is and signing my copy of all the music he makes.
Also I picked up the vinyl based on the recommendation from Kölsch with the track Streetpoet by 90ASES – A high quality track with an excellent blend of beats and vocals feels very fresh and in vogue this track.
Relive the BBC Radio 1 Residency
Someone has been epic and uploaded some good quality recordings of Kölsch’s BBC Radio 1 Residency shows on YouTube and if you missed them the first time round here are the links to enjoy them now.

Other New Music
So an amazing friend of mine (Matt Alexander) aka Abbathehorse / 88CH who has joined me in seeing Kölsch at Fabric & KOKO has decided to relight his passion to fire up Ableton Live and create two new tracks based on the experience of the nights and early mornings.
They are available on all good streaming platforms and here are the YouTube links for you to have a listen.

Thank you all for supporting the website as we roll on to nearly 5 years strong, I hope to have something special to share for the birthday update. I hope the next update won’t be too long this time.
